| The City of Humboldt has given public notice that it intends to consider a bylaw to implement a special
tax levy to fund the construction of the new hospital. The Council of the City of Humboldt feels it is
desirable and necessary to fund the city's 35% share of construction of the new hospital ($2,240,000)
and to recover that amount over a period of approximately 10 years through an annual levy on
properties with improvements. |
