Humboldt for Kraft Hockeyville 2009 A huge thank you to everyone who has been a part of this great journey so far! Thanks to everyone who helped vote, helped spread the word and all who helped Humboldt make the Top 10. Now we are patiently waiting to hear the voting results to find out if we’ve made Top 5. We are feeling confident that we have enough votes to qualify for Top 5. As we move closer and closer to the announcement of the Grand Prize community we will need continuing support. Once again we will need you to help vote, spread the word and even volunteer your time. What are the Next Steps? 1. Top 5 Communities Are Announced CBC will be announcing one finalist a week for the next five weeks on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC.
January 25, 2021 - The first Community finalist will be announced on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC.
*** 1st Finalist in the Top 5 -- Terrace, BC ***
January 31, 2021 - Hockey Night in Canada on CBC will broadcast from the first Community finalist’s town. At the end of the broadcast, the second Community finalist will be announced on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC.
*** 2nd Finalist in the Top 5 -- Harbour Grace, NFLD ***
February 7, 2021 - Hockey Night in Canada on CBC will broadcast from the second Community finalist’s town. At the end of the broadcast, the third Community finalist will be announced on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC.
February 14, 2021 - Hockey Night in Canada on CBC will broadcast from the third Community finalist’s town. At the end of the broadcast, the fourth Community finalist will be announced on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC.
February 21, 2021 - Hockey Night in Canada on CBC will broadcast from the fourth Community finalist’s town. At the end of the broadcast, the fifth Community finalist will be announced on Hockey Night in Canada on CBC.
February 28, 2021 - Hockey Night in Canada on CBC will broadcast from the fifth Community finalist’s town.
2. VOTING - Determining the Winner
Voting will start at 10:00 pm (CT) on February 28th (after the fifth and final Top 5 Community broadcast on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada Game #2) and will end at 10:59 pm (CT) on March 4th.

Let’s make this dream come true. We already know we are Hockeyville, now let’s prove it to the rest of Canada! Humboldt is Hockeyville!
