Working with Mayor and Council to develop long-term plans and implement Council directives, the City Manager provides leadership and coordination to the overall operations and strategic direction of the City to ensure City operations provide exceptional customer service to the citizens of Humboldt.  He also oversees the preparation of annual budgets, programs, and police initiatives and establishes standards and priorities to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality City Services.
