CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor Dennis Korte called the meeting to order at 8:03 a.m.

 

 

PURPOSE OF

MEETING:

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Curling Rink/Jubilee Hall Re-roofing Project and the purchase/repair of the City�s grader.

 

 

CURLING RINK & JUBILEE HALL RE-ROOFING PROJECT:

Malinoski/Hauber

That Western Urethane be contracted to re-roof the Curling Rink and Jubilee Hall roofs with spray urethane foam on the existing roof material provided that Western Urethane sign a warranty agreement that includes the details outlined in Mr. Milnthorp�s letter of August 27, 2020.

WORKS & UTLITIES GRADER:

Weyland/Malinoski

That the Works & Utilities Director obtain quotes from various companies and suppliers for the replacement of our existing grader with a new machine with comparable specifications.
