The Mayor presented the employees with a token of the City�s appreciation and thanked them for their years of service.

HUMBOLDT MUSIC FESTIVAL � REQUEST TO CANVAS CITY:

That we approve the request from the Humboldt Music Festival Association to conduct a city wide fund raising blitz on an annual basis for the years 2004 to 2009 inclusive.

Mayor Dennis Korte vacated the Chair and Deputy Mayor Jack Tuchscherer assumed the Chair at 8:09 pm.

 

Doepker/Weyland

That Bylaw No. 19/2004 being a bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw be read a third time and be now adopted.

Mayor Dennis Korte resumed the Chair at 8:10 pm.

That Administration investigate the operation of the chair lift at the Elgar Peterson Arena.

Mayor Dennis Korte indicated that a Water Rate Analysis Proposal Report will be included on the next Regular Council Meeting Agenda to be held November 22, 2020.

Mayor Dennis Korte provided Council with an update of the Centennial Committee�s Activities which will kick off January 1, 2021 with a Family Day celebration.Other days of celebration have been scheduled for June 30, 2005 as a Civic Celebration and September 4, 2005 as a Provincial Celebration.

That Council schedule planning sessions on Tuesday, November 23, 2020 and Tuesday, December 7, 2020 at 4:30 pm in City Council Chambers.

Mayor Dennis Korte reminded Council of the City�s Food Bank Challenge with the Yorkton Terriers which will be held Saturday, November 13, 2020 and encouraged everyone to donate an item of food.
