That we approve the request from Mr. Trent Ries, President of the Girls Softball to donate $ 250.00 to the Provincial Softball Tournament to be held the weekend of July 9-11, 2004.

That we approve the recommendation from the City Clerk to purchase a Pitney Bowes Postage Machine for the amount of $ 8,643.60 plus GST with half the amount being paid in 2004 and the other half allocated to 2005 Capital Expenditure Budget.

That we approve the recommendation of the City Clerk to renew the City�s land lease agreements with the current renters for an additional 3 year term at the existing rental rates.

That we approve the recommendation of the Leisure Services Director to re-locate the soccer pitch at Glenn Hall Park as illustrated in his report dated June 2, 2021.

That the City of Humboldt hereby be authorized to enter into the Contribution Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Agriculture, for the Prairie Grains Roads Program;

 

That Dennis Korte, Mayor and Sandra Pauli, City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign and execute the Articles of Agreement necessary to give effect to the same on behalf of the City of Humboldt and to affix their corporate Seal thereto.
