That the Meal and Travel Expense Policy as attached hereto and forming a part of these minutes be adopted and take effect January 1, 2021.

That the Minutes of the Leisure Services Committee Meeting held November 16, 2020 be accepted for information.

That Administration be authorized to award the tender for the Conceptual Plan Proposal for the Historical Park to Crosby, Hanna & Associates for the amount of  $ 16,140.00 and further that Administration proceed to acquire title to the property owned by the Trans Canada Trail known as Golf Course Access Road.

Further that Administration begin the implementation process and prepare a bylaw establishing the rates for Council’s consideration.

Councillor Leon Doepker declared a pecuniary interest in the following matter and left the Council Chambers at 8:30 pm.

That cheque number 23825 payable to True Value in the amount of $53.50 and cheque number 23918 payable to True Value in the amount of $165.46 be approved for payment.

Mayor Dennis Korte declared a pecuniary interest in the following matter and left the Council Chambers at 8:31 pm.

 

Deputy Mayor Jack Tuchscherer assumed the Chair at 8:31 pm.

That cheque number 23917 payable to Graphic Arts Printing in the amount of $ 39.09 be approved for payment.

Councillor Leon Doepker and Mayor Dennis Korte returned to Council Chambers at 8:32 pm.

 

Mayor Dennis Korte resumed the Chair at 8:32 pm.

That the Accounts Payable for the period ending November 22, 2020 as represented by general cheque numbers 23762 to 23939 inclusive and as filed in the Accounts Payable Register be approved for payment.

That Administration obtain more information from the Special Events Co-ordinator regarding the proposal for a Volunteer Appreciation Night

and that this matter be referred to the next Regular Meeting of Council to be held December 13, 2020.
