That Administration be authorized to award the tender for the Conceptual Plan Proposal for the Historical Park to Crosby, Hanna & Associates for the amount of� $ 16,140.00 and further that Administration proceed to acquire title to the property owned by the Trans Canada Trail known as Golf Course Access Road.

That cheque number 23825 payable to True Value in the amount of $53.50 and cheque number 23918 payable to True Value in the amount of $165.46 be approved for payment.
