That the Minutes of the Leisure Services Committee Meeting held September 21, 2020 be amended by deleting the motion made by Councillor Eaton on Page 1 thereof regarding the Heritage Garden Project and inserting the following motion thereon:

 

�That the Heritage Garden Committee be advised that Council supports the concept of a Heritage Garden in Civic Park; however, the Committee needs to provide a more detailed plan for the garden outlining a time frame for the project and a proposed budget prior to receiving final approval.�

PUBLIC HEARING BYLAW 18/2004:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Gary Jenkins and Mr. Jerome Indzeoski were in attendance at the Meeting to discuss the proposed amendment to the Zoning Bylaw that would rezone Parcel A, Plan D247 from A-Agricultural District to

RA-Residential Acreage District.

 

Mr. Jenkins requested clarification as to the regulations required for the location of barns or stables on residential acreage property.

 

The City Clerk advised that the regulations indicated that no barn or stable could be built within 100 feet or 31 metres of adjacent property lines.
